Cocoa is a 45-pound sweetheart with the soul of a lap dog. Originally adopted from the shelter in 2023 after coming in as a stray, she sadly found herself abandoned again after her original adopter gave her away. Despite everything, Cocoa still wants nothing more than to be loved and to love her person back. This gentle girl can be a little nervous at first, but once she attaches, she becomes incredibly loyal and clingy in the sweetest way. She’ll happily curl up with you, follow you from room to room, and remind you daily that you’re her whole world. Cocoa would do best in a stable, loving home where she can finally feel safe and secure. She will need to meet any potential dog siblings before adoption to ensure a good match.
